About the Camp

A Summer Band Camp
Like No Other

Since 1971, Silver Lake Band Camp has welcomed junior high and high school band students from across California and beyond. Nestled between the shores of Lake Tahoe and Fallen Leaf Lake, our one-week overnight camp blends musical growth with classic summer camp fun.

Campers rehearse daily with 10 outstanding music directors, supported by a team of 18 experienced counselors. Together, they create a safe, inclusive, and unforgettable environment where music and community thrive.
